At UBR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
